I use gimp, but it’s abilities far exceed my abilities to drive it. Gimp is an open source image program similar to Photoshop.
Photoshop, isn’t available for me, one is that I run Linux and don’t think they’ve ported it and two, I generally only pay for software I use, like gimp.
What software you chose to use is up to you.
